- Owner: Oversees all aspects of the community.
- Developer: Responsible for technical development and server maintenance.
- Superadmin (Manager): Senior management, oversees staff and major decisions.
- Head Admin: Leads the admin team and supports management.
- Admin: Handles advanced moderation and supports the community.
- Recruitment Manager: Handles recruitment process for the community.
- Head Moderator: Leads moderators and assists admins.
- Moderator: Handles day-to-day moderation and supports players.
- Trial Moderator: New staff members in a probationary period.
